SERVICE AND SALES EVERYTHING OK. I BOUGHT SEVERAL BOXES OF POLYURETHANE FOAM, ONE OF THEM OBVIOUSLY HAD A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, THAT IS, THE VALVES WERE LEAKAGED. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PROBLEM, THEY HAD TO CALL ME BACK, AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AGAIN.

RISPOSTA DAL TEAM FERSHOP:
Buongiorno. Senza problemi avremmo provveduto a rimborsarla. Mi spiace comunque per la sua insoddisfazione. Resto a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento. Con rispetto. Fabrizio
